Cancellation Policy
All Sales are final. The AC3 Store service is completed once we have handed your package over to you, your chosen shipping courier, or a third party who has been designated to transfer your package to you. You will not have a right to cancel your contract once our service is complete.
Payment Methods
The AC3 Store accepts only credit cards and the PayPal service as forms of payment. Our wholesale customer can also pay with money order or certified cheque. If a credit or debit card is being used for a purchase, AC3 may obtain a pre-approval from the credit company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to your credit or debit card occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter. If the PayPal service is used for a purchase, you will be re-directed to the PayPal website where you can pay for your purchase. If the PayPal transaction is successful, your order will be processed, otherwise no order will be issued. Some payment options may not be available at any time.

Credit cards and debit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a purchase has been declined online due to credit or debit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your purchase and should use another payment method.
Prices
The AC3 Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of the Product(s) plus any applicable sales taxes, including GST/HST, QST and/or provincial retail sales tax (in effect on the day of purchase). AC3 reserves the right to change prices for products offered at the AC3 Store at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
Product Availability
AC3 reserves the right to change product availability without notice. On occasion, a product may become unavailable for purchase either because the item is out of stock or we do not wish to sell the item any longer. If an order is submitted to us with an unavailable item, you may either cancel your order or wait until the product is available, at which time we will continue processing your order as normal. If the product that is unavailable is predicted to remain unavailable for greater than 10 days from the time of the order, we will notify you via email or phone (both of which must be provide by you at the time of the purchase) where you may either cancel order or re-submit an amended order without the unavailable product.
